Why?  She is as cute as a button with her pixie smile. Her little chuckle that she does makes us chuckle.  Rachael-isms have become a part of our foodie conversations.  How  about EVOO, stoup, sammy, yum-o and delish?  She is a self-proclaimed "Chatty Cathy"  and it is part of her charm.  She always throws a bit of salt over her shoulder for good luck and she has had it but more to the point, she has worked long and hard for her achievements and doesn't appear to be slowing down anytime soon! We don't know where she gets the time and energy to accomplish ALL that she does.  And she just seems to completely enjoy life. 
 
Rachael cooks the way we like it.  Her meals are tasty and she isn't shy about the flavor layers.  We've prepared hundreds of her recipes and could count on one hand the ones we wouldn't prepare again.  And easy?  Never a failure and done in 30 minutes, full-course meals.  Oh yeah!
 
The snide press abounds and we choose to take it with the grain of salt that Rachael herself seems to do.  As far as we have heard, she doesn't even acknowledge it.  Just our opinion but we attribute that to the fact that she is just too much of a lady to even respond but, most likely,  where would she find the time to give it any space in her life?
